My Tenerife Experience is a travel information website, not a hotel, airline, tour operator or booking agency. If your message concerns a reservation, payment, cancellation, refund, ticket or account made through Booking.com or another external service, please contact that provider directly because we do not have access to its booking systems or customer records.
